Once your exchange is approved, please have your item(s) ready for pickup. Your new product will be prepared for shipping at the same time. Be ready to cover the shipping fee (unless the issue was from our side) and any price difference if the new item’s value is higher.

When your return is approved, the courier will collect your items. Within 7 days of pickup, we’ll receive and inspect them at our warehouse before sending your refund through your selected method.
