Yes. Once your order is placed, you’ll see a confirmation message on screen and receive a confirmation email. If you don’t get the email within a few minutes, please reach out to us via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or email to make sure your order went through.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver almost everywhere in Egypt, except North Sinai.
Cairo & Giza: 1–3 working days.
Other governorates: 2–5 working days.

Alexandria: 110 EGP //
All other governorates: 130 EGP

Returns & Exchanges
Yes, absolutely. You have up to 14 days to return or exchange, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and still has its original tags & keep original order's waybill.
Just head to the Refunds & Exchanges section in our header. There, you’ll find a portal to submit your request, see the full policy, and follow a step-by-step tutorial page that walks you through the process.
Exchanges: You cover the courier fees, unless we sent you the wrong item or a defective product.
Returns: You also cover courier fees, unless the item was wrong or defective.
Refunds are sent via Instapay, Telda, or e-wallets once the courier picks up your item and it’s safely checked back into our warehouse. It takes up to 7 working days for the money to be refunded to you after giving the courier the item(s).

Each product page includes a detailed size chart that shows exactly where to measure. The easiest way? Pick a piece you already love the fit of, measure it, and compare it with our chart. That’s the most accurate way to find your Versattire size.

All Versattire pieces are proudly made in Egypt in our own factory. Every step from stitching to finishing is handled in-house to maintain quality and precision.
Most of our fabrics are locally sourced from trusted Egyptian suppliers, and we carefully test every fabric before production to ensure comfort and longevity.
A slight shrinkage of around 2–5% may occur which is completely normal for natural cotton fabrics worldwide. Each product page includes a Details & Washing Instructions section, follow it to keep your Versattire pieces looking and fitting perfectly.
